We offer three ways to pay: in person, by mail, or online.

Please pay in person at 104 Wortham Road; by mail at P. O. Box 10, Luthersville, GA 30251; or online via the link below. Please note: when you click or tap the link below, you will be leaving the City's website.

Please download and print out the application; then, bring the completed application to City Hall.

If you do not have a printer, you may also complete the application in person at City Hall. City Hall is located at 104 Wortham Road; our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 4 PM. For addresses inside the city limits, water service includes trash pickup.
